Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday October 6, 2026 10:30 AM at Country Meadows Tent House. All our members are encouraged to attend the meeting and get to know the operations of our Club. We will be voting on several amendments to our Governance that has been approved by the Executive Committee. The amendments will be sent via a separate e-mail along with the 2026 AGM agenda and 2025 AGM minutes.
Also if a member has a motion on any issues, please submit it via an e-mail by September 22, 2026. Motions from the floor will not be accepted except for amendments and Nominations.
Membership renewal deadline is October 31, 2026. Please kindly renew your membership at your earliest by downloading the form from our website and submitting it at the Starter Desk, mailing it in or bringing it to the AGM.
