BOOKING
- On Game Day inform the Starter of your intention to play for the next two weeks.
- From Monday night until the Final schedule is posted on Friday contact the Scheduler at savage.scheduler@gmail.com to book or cancel a tee time.
- To book or cancel a tee time after the Final schedule has been posted, contact the Starter by text or voicemail at 604-992-4297, or by email at savage.starter@gmail.com
- You are also welcome to come to the course or call the Starters Phone to check for any last minute cancellations on Monday.
CANCELLATIONS
- At Monday Check-in cancel next weeks play if necessary.
- From Monday night to 10:00 am Friday contact the scheduler to cancel a tee time.
- To cancel a tee time after the Final schedule has been posted on Friday, call or text the Starters Phone at 604-992-4297.
- FIRST Draft tee times are posted on Thursday
- FINAL tee times are posted on Friday
IMPORTANT
You should be checked in at the Starters Table 30 minutes before your tee time. This allows those members volunteering on the Starters Table ample time to get to the first tee without having to rush.
DO NOT phone Savage Creek to book , cancel or say you’ll be late.
